OVERVIEW
As an Irish photographer, it’s my joy to invite you to experience the soul-stirring beauty of my homeland. From the subtropical palms of West Cork to the Arctic-like drama of Donegal’s cliffs, Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way offers landscapes unlike anywhere else on Earth. I’ve designed this workshop to showcase the very best of our rugged west coast—where every bend in the road reveals a new masterpiece waiting for your lens.
Over 10 unforgettable days, we’ll chase the magic light along the entire Wild Atlantic Way. In Kerry, we’ll photograph the otherworldly Skellig Islands and Dingle’s wave-battered cliffs. Clare and Connemara will seduce us with the Burren’s lunar limestone and the Twelve Bens’ mirrored lakes. Further north, Donegal’s Slieve League—Europe’s highest sea cliffs—will take our breath away at sunset. With small groups and 4x4 access, we’ll pivot with the weather, because Ireland’s ever-changing moods create her most dramatic scenes: stormy waves at Mizen Head, mist weaving through Benbulben’s ridges, or a surprise rainbow over Keem Bay’s turquoise waters.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a deep dive into Ireland’s wild heart. You’ll leave not just with stunning shots of our cliffs, beaches, and Dark Sky stars, but with the skills to chase light anywhere. Most of all, you’ll understand why I truly believe these are the most photogenic landscapes on the planet. Come see why my passion for this place is contagious!
